This builds on a technical track record from C# application development (NAVAX, avedos) through Application Management and Architect roles at Atos into hardware and IoT projects — with a steadily growing focus on team organization, leadership and innovative architectures in cloud and DevOps.

Also managing partner of Kaltenecker KG for over 15 years, with work centered on cluster system design, process modeling and automation, and support for start-ups.

My professional career began as a service technician, but I soon discovered my passion for software development and transitioned into that field.

The next career step led to management responsibilities – first as Head of IT, and later as International IT Manager at a software company. As a data center manager in the banking sector, I gained valuable operational and project experience in a highly sensitive and regulated environment.

With the founding of Kaltenecker KG, my work expanded to include consulting and project management. At the same time, I deepened my expertise in software development, specifically for the financial sector. Projects such as bootstrapping an IT startup allowed me to gain experience, enhance my skills, and deliver excellent solutions for clients.

Today, my consulting focus areas include: organizing software development departments, transitioning software development to cloud/DevOps, transforming existing infrastructure into cloud or on-premises cloud solutions, implementing practical agile methodologies, and using AI in software development and DevOps.
